To help you plan your purchase, we have provided a quick guide to the process of buying your new Blinds, Awnings or Shutters.

In our experience, it can take between 2 and 5 weeks from start to finish depending on the selection that you make. Rest assured, we will make your purchase as simple as we can and will make all efforts to get the product installed on time. Measure & Quote
Once you have selected the design and products, our consultant will take measurements and provide you with a quote on that first visit. We will then send you the quote in writing within 2 days and an estimate of the installation date.

Production Measure
Because your window dressings are a big investment on your home, our installer will also do a check measurement to make sure that your window dressing selection will fit perfectly. Once you are happy with the quote, our consultant will arrange for that visit. With the check measurement completed we will manufacture your window dressings. The manufacturing time varies by product but each of them is custom made to fit perfectly, so it will be worth the wait!! Our consultant will keep track of the manufacturing and provide you with a delivery and installation date. Our professional installers will deliver and install the blinds. All our Blinds, Shutters and Awnings are custom made to your exact requirements so we are confident that you will be pleased with the installation when its complete.
